I've been taking Pylera for 4 days now and I'm noticing that I'm having side effects, is this normal?

Yes, side effects such as headache, nervousness, anxiety, and blurred vision can occur when using Pylera. This is due to the action of the medicine, which contains potassium bismuth citrate, metronidazole and tetracycline hydrochloride.
