I lost track of time. I put the ring on after 4 weeks and 4 days. There is no option of pregnancy. I know I have to use extra contraception for the next week. Should I do something else? Maybe I should wait until I bleed and put the ring on the first day? Or take a month off altogether? There is no option to consult a gynecologist

If the insertion of a new Ginoring system is delayed by more than 3 hours, its contraceptive effectiveness may be reduced. Due to the fact that you are 4 days late, I would recommend using an additional contraceptive method (e.g. a condom) until the end of your current cycle (i.e. until you put on your next ring).
If intercourse occurred during the extended break, pregnancy should be ruled out.
