Whether Fromilid Can it cause muscle pain and dizziness?

Good morning, I was given the antibiotic fromilid uno yesterday I took the first pill and I have dizziness and calf pain is this a reaction to the drug?

After taking the seventh dose of fromilid (twice a day) I was woken up at night as if electricity in my heart, which began to beat at a crazy pace, sweating and exhaustion occurred. Then I fell asleep. After some time, the same night it happened again. In consultation with the doctor, I stopped taking the drug. My heart was beating so fast that I couldn't even measure my heart rate. I have no heart disease or arrhythmias. Is it possible that this is an allergic reaction?

Dizziness and muscle aches may be a side effect of Fromilid. They could also be related to an infection.
