One of the side effects of Wellbutrin is thrombocytopenia, which is a decrease in the number of platelets in the blood. The use of the drug in people with thrombocytopenia should be carried out under the supervision of a doctor. Your doctor should determine whether the use of the medicine is appropriate in your case or whether it is possible to use an alternative therapy.
