Mel forte is an analgesic and anti-inflammatory drug. Side effects include, m.in, gastrointestinal bleeding. To date, there have been no reports of vaginal bleeding with the use of the medicine. It should be noted that this medicine may lead to a decrease in the number of platelets, which may make it difficult to stop possible bleeding and cause, for example, prolonged menstrual bleeding.
