According to the Summary of Product Characteristics of Mononit, in both cases the drugs start to work after about 20 minutes and last 8-10 hours. The maximum concentration of the drug in the blood serum is obtained after approx. 1 h. However, the medicines differ in the method of administration described in the leaflet. Mononit 10 can be administered several times a day, while Mononit 60 Retard should only be administered once a day. For this reason, before changing the type of preparation or changing the way the preparation is used, I encourage you to consult a doctor.
