Can Any Person With Kidney Disease Get Forxiga Discount?

I have recently been taking forxiga for my heart with chronic kidney disease .I am almost 71 years old should I get this drug reimbursed or do I have to pay 100 percent

It all depends on the parameters of kidney function. Patients with chronic kidney disease can receive the drug at a discount in adult patients with eGFR < 60 ml/min/1,73 m2, albuminurią lub białkomoczem oraz leczonych terapią opartą na ACE-i/ ARB nie krócej niż 4 tygodnie lub z przeciwwskazaniami do tych terapii.
