Can I take Ibuprom Sprint several hours after using Clexane, or is it better to take Spasmolina?

Good morning. If I injected myself with the last recommended dose of clexane 4000j the day before, around 7 p.m., can I take a tablet of ibuprom sprint caps 200mg or is it better to take spasmoline 60mg?

Theoretically, taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprom at the same time as Clexane may increase the risk of bleeding (mainly from the gastrointestinal tract), but these drugs are quite commonly combined, so as long as there is no immediate risk of side effects (e.g. active gastric ulcer), it is allowed to use the preparations during one treatment. Ibuprom and Spasmolina are medicines with different effects, so it is difficult to answer the question of which will be better in your case. Ibuprom is an analgesic and anti-inflammatory preparation, Spasmolina - a relaxant drug acting on smooth muscles in the gastrointestinal tract and pelvis.
