Dizziness may be due to a drop in blood pressure caused by Noliprel.
First of all, it is worth starting a regular blood pressure measurement (twice a day - in the morning and in the evening). If your blood pressure is below normal, you should consult your doctor, as you may need to modify your treatment.
If the blood pressure is normal, it can be assumed that dizziness is a side effect of the drug that usually goes away with the duration of treatment (usually after 2-3 weeks).
Side effects should be reported This allows us to gather more information about the safety of medicines and keep them up to date, which may help other patients in the future. We wrote about how to report them here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
Adverse drug reactions can also be reported individually: https://www.urpl.gov.pl/pl/produkty-lecznicze/monitorowanie-bezpieczeństwa-leków/zg moose-side-effect-0
