Home Laboratory - pregnancy, drug, ovulation and other tests
Hi
I've been using contraception for 4 months, recently I mistakenly pulled out the polaring disc too early and the next day I put it back in, waited a week, took a break and put it back in after a week instead of 5 p.m. at 12 o'clock, waited 2 days with a new ring and had sex without additional protection, is there anything to worry about?

Do not apply a ring that has already been used once and has remained outside the vagina for more than 3 hours.
You should take out this disc as soon as possible and apply a new one for the next 3 weeks. Since the protection will be reduced, you should also use a condom for the duration of wearing the new ring.
I used it for 2 weeks and took it out a week too early, I put the same disc back in the next morning, the rest the same as in the basic question, sorry for the confusion and the chaotic question but what then?

The new ring should stay in the vagina not for a week, but for 3 weeks. Since you took it out after a week, the protection may have been reduced and there is little risk of pregnancy.
It's a good idea to take a pregnancy test 10 days after intercourse, just in case.
