Whether Rizmoic Increases the risk of opioid withdrawal symptoms?

Today my doctor, since I have been on methadone therapy for more than 20 years (at very low doses) and having an acute constipation for some time (this time it is 8 days that I do not discharge) prescribed me Rizmoic.Io I also suffer from Dolicocolon.La my fear and question is: But if I take Rizmoic can I incur opioid withdrawal symptoms??

Be careful.
According to the manufacturer, "If opioid withdrawal symptoms occur, patients should be advised to stop taking naldemedine and contact their doctor. Possible cases of opioid withdrawal syndrome have been reported in the naldemedin clinical trial program"
