Can I discontinue Qlaira overnight and what are the possible side effects?

10.00 zł

Hello. I'm post-menopausal. I am 57 years old. I want to give up the Qlaira treatment. Can I stop overnight, or choose the packaging to the end? What symptoms can I expect after discontinuation at this age? Thank you for the information

To @Elżbieta:
You can stop taking Qlaira on any day of your cycle (as long as you have not had intercourse within the last 7 days). If bleeding is prolonged (e.g. does not stop after 5-7 days) after stopping the tablets, then Provera may be considered.

You can stop the treatment overnight, provided that you have not had intercourse within the last 7 days. If intercourse has taken place, you should withdraw all tablets to the end of the blister.

After stopping the drug, irregular bleeding, mood changes, hot flashes, decreased libido may occur - however, not every woman experiences these symptoms.

User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
