At the outset, it should be noted that Lercan and Tertens AM are prescription medicines, so the rationale and need for their simultaneous use should be determined by a doctor. So please follow your doctor's instructions. As a pharmacist, I can only give you general information:
Lercan is recommended to be taken in the morning, at least 15 minutes before meals.

Tertens-AM should be taken once a day, preferably in the morning, and can be taken with or without food.

Both drugs have similar effects, so their combined use increases the risk of side effects. There may be a significant decrease in blood pressure, excessive slowing of the heart rate, oedema, weakness, shortness of breath.
