The use of Maxicortan alone may not be effective enough. It is worth implementing proper skin care, with the use of emollients for lubrication and washing. If you do not observe sufficient effects, it will be necessary to consult a dermatologist and use stronger prescription remedies (e.g. Protopic, Dermitopic).
