Does Staloral need to be taken on an empty stomach?
Can abdominal pain occur after administering the drops of Staloral 300 dust mites maintenance dose? In my case, abdominal pain after administration of the drug occurs within 30 minutes after administration of the drug and lasts up to an hour, so I would associate these ailments with this drug. The medicine is taken in the morning on an empty stomach, as this was the doctor's recommendation. Is it really impossible to eat and drink before this medication is administered?

It is not necessary to use Staloral on an empty stomach. According to the manufacturer:
"It is recommended that this medicinal product be administered during the day in an empty mouth, without food or drink."
Taking the medication after a meal should eliminate the problem of abdominal pain.
If you still have symptoms despite changing the way you take the medicine, you should consult your doctor.
If you notice any side effects, you should report them to your doctor, who will decide what to do next.
