The recommended dosage of Juvit D3 for treatment purposes (rickets and osteomalacia caused by vitamin D deficiency) is 2 to 8 drops (1000 IU - 4000 IU) per day. It is a prescription drug, so it should be used as directed by the doctor who prescribed it.
