Good morning, I'm allergic to erythromycin and Augmentin. So what antibiotics can I take without the risk of hypersensitivity (including through cross-reactions)?

If you are allergic to erythromycin and amoxicillin (the active ingredient in Augmentin), you can use, m.in tetracycline antibiotics, as well as chemotherapeutics such as fluoroquinolones.
It is up to the doctor to choose the right antibiotic for the infection and the patient's condition.
