If you have taken one contraceptive pill too many, it means that you will finish the blister one day later, so you will also start a 7-day break one day later.

You can also shorten the interval between packs by one day. This means that instead of taking a 7-day break, you should only take a break for 6 days and start taking the next pack as usual. 1 day does not change.
