If Ibuprom Sprint has dissolved on my tongue, can it be dangerous?

Good morning. I couldn't swallow the ibuprom sprint tablet and in the meantime it started to slowly dissolve in my mouth, I felt a strange taste on my tongue, I spat it out and rinsed my mouth with water but I'm afraid it's dangerous if it started to dissolve on my tongue. Please reply
