Can you take dietary supplements such as: magnesium, zinc, vitamin c, calcium ?
If so, what time interval should be used between elicea and vitamins?

You can combine Elicea with supplements containing magnesium, zinc, vitamin C and calcium.
There is no need to keep any special breaks.
However, magnesium and calcium can adversely affect each other's absorption. In order for calcium and magnesium supplementation to be effective and safe, it is necessary to pay attention to the proper ratio of calcium to magnesium, which should be about 2:1 (twice as much calcium as magnesium). If possible, it is worth keeping an interval of about 2-3 hours between the use of both preparations.
