Hello, I received a set of medications from a psychiatrist consisting of fluvoxamine 100mg, clomipramine 75mg and aripiprazole 5mg. Is this combination safe and not at risk of any more serious side effects?

Concomitant use of these drugs simultaneously increases the risk of their side effects: dangerous cardiac arrhythmias, as well as serotonin syndrome. If you experience vomiting, headaches, dizziness, fever, high blood pressure, seizures, hallucinations, chills, sweating, impaired coordination, restlessness, hyperactivity or other worrying symptoms, contact your doctor immediately.
If your medication has been prescribed by one doctor, you can always consult him or her about your concerns.
Do not stop taking any of these medications on your own without first talking to your doctor, as this may increase your risk of side effects.
