20 weeks ago I had sex with my boyfriend (he came in and out without cumming), I did 10 tests and I had 5 periods, two of which were less abundant. I think I have pregnancy symptoms: a rounded belly (but the weight is not increasing), bigger breasts, a line on the stomach and nothing else. Can I still be pregnant despite the tests or can the symptoms be caused by autosuggestion and fear of unwanted pregnancy?

Negative pregnancy tests and regular bleeding indicate that you are not pregnant. If, despite this, you have intrusive thoughts about pregnancy that make it difficult for you to function peacefully, it is worth talking to your doctor (e.g. your family doctor) about it.
