Could fluoxitin lower the effects of drovelis pills? My psychiatrist said they shouldn't, but I'm a little worried. I've been taking them for 2 weeks now.

As with Fluoxetine, these drugs do not interact with each other. The contraceptive effect is not reduced.
What if he is taking Oriven now? Unfortunately I have an appointment with my gynecologist in mid-January. According to the prescription, there are no contraindications, but I prefer to ask specialists

There are no pharmacological interactions between these drugs, so there are no contraindications to their simultaneous use.
