Could spotting after 3 years of using Qlaira be due to stress?
Hello,I've been taking Qlaira tablets for 3 years now ,and everything was ok now a week before the dark tabl I got spotting but only when wiping ,there is nothing on the pad it's already the 4th day do I have anything to worry about ,is it the result of stress ?

This may be the result of stress. One-time spotting is normal and should not be alarming. If the situation also occurs in subsequent cycles, then it is worth consulting a doctor.
