Could the morning after pill affect the bleeding?

I took 1 contraceptive pill daylette on the day of my planned period, there was light bleeding in the morning and it hasn't occurred since then, and a week has passed, I'm still taking the pills, could it be their fault? I did the tests while pregnant, I'm not pregnant, but the last time I had sex, the condom broke and I took the pill after it was a month ago, could it have affected this situation?

Yes. This may have had an impact. The so-called morning after pill may also affect the effectiveness of hormonal contraception. If there is no withdrawal bleeding on the next cycle, please consult your gynecologist.
