Xarelto can be taken during treatment with bevacizumab if the doctor who is prescribing the treatment has been informed of all the medicines and conditions you are taking. Since the most common adverse reactions reported with bevacizumab are haemorrhage and thrombosis, special caution should be exercised in patients with thrombosis and anticoagulants.
