Nilogrin can be used in combination with Propranolol if prescribed by the same doctor, or if the prescriber has been told what other medicines you are already taking and what additional medical conditions you have.
Combining these drugs increases the risk of side effects such as orthostatic hypotension. Therefore, if the combination of these drugs is necessary, you should strictly follow the dosage schedule agreed with your doctor.
