In the case of Beto ZK, the manufacturer recommends that the drug be used with breakfast.
"Metoprolol succinate tablets should be taken once a day, preferably with breakfast."
However, if in your case the specialist has recommended taking the drug at night - the proposed method of combining with Rytmonorm and Atarax seems to be correct.
If headaches appear during the day, you should consult a specialist. They may indicate too large drops in heart rate during sleep and hypoxia. In this case, it may be necessary to change the dosage of the medications.
