Can I use a cream or serum with 0.5% retinol on my face while taking Fluconazole?

Can I also use 0.5% retinol in the form of a face cream/serum at the same time as taking 100 mg of Fluconazole once a day for 10 days? Vitamin A supplementation outside of the usual diet is not recommended, but it is still a cream and maybe in a different concentration than the one in tablets?

The use of a cream with a low retinol content during fluconazole treatment is not contraindicated. You can apply the cream or serum to your face during an oral antifungal treatment. The cream or serum is topical and does not interact with fluconazole taken orally.
