Is it possible to use Beloderm on a scar after penile frenulum lengthening surgery?

The doctor prescribed me Beloderm ointment, after lengthening the frenulum of the penis. I've been reading on the internet and haven't come across this ointment for a scar. Is it a doctor's mistake? Unfortunately, I don't have any contact with him, that's why I'm asking here. According to his recommendations, I have to lubricate the wound after the scabs have fallen off - the effect of removing stitches, for a month.

Beloderm ointment contains stryd with anti-inflammatory properties and facilitating wound healing. In addition, it can have an emollient effect, thus preventing scarring.

However, the indication you described has not been included by the manufacturer as one of the indications for the use of this drug. Most likely, the doctor was guided by his experience in treating other patients with this method.
