Does Escitalopram Actavis affect the contraceptive effectiveness of Hastina 24+4?

Hello, I'm currently taking the 8th pack of Hastiny 24+4 I'm currently on the 11th tablet, I've been taking Escitalopram Activias 10mg for 30 days. My period ended last Wednesday, but to this day I have slight spotting that didn't occur for so long before. Is there anything to be afraid of and is protection maintained?

As regards interactions, escitalopram does not reduce the contraceptive efficacy of Hastina.

The effectiveness of combined oral contraceptives may be reduced if, for example, a tablet is missed, gastrointestinal upset or concomitant
other medicinal products (but not escitalopram).

If spotting persists for a longer period of time, consult your gynaecologist.
