Nimesulide (Nimesil) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) primarily used to treat pain and inflammation. Extreme caution should be exercised when combining nimesulide with alcohol, as there is a risk of increased side effects and potential complications. Alcohol can increase the risk of damage to the lining of the stomach and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. NSAIDs such as nimesulide also increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Combining these two substances can increase the burden on the digestive system. If you keep an appropriate interval between taking the drug and drinking alcohol, and in addition the dose of alcohol is not high, in my opinion there is no reason to worry.
