Is Xarelto free after pulmonary aortic embolism?

Husband after pulmonary aortic embolism, thrombosis, damaged spinal cord, paresis from the waist down, degree of significant age: 68 years, is he entitled to xarelto 20 mg for free?

Xarelto 20 mg 14 tablets should be discounted (or free if you are a senior) if you have any of the following indications:
1. Treatment of deep vein thrombosis in people over 18 years of age; Prophylaxis of recurrence of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism - after acute deep vein thrombosis in people over 18 years of age or 2. Treatment of pulmonary embolism and prevention of recurrent deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism in adults.

The description of the patient's condition indicates that there may be indications for reimbursement (thrombosis), but please remember that this is not assessed by a pharmacist, but by a doctor with access to the patient's full medical records.
