Good morning, I'm taking pylera, today I'm on the fourth day.
My doctor told me to take it for breakfast, lunch, dinner and before bedtime, but since I take other drugs (zoloft at 5 pm, 1 quarter of tavor and 1 tablet of serpax 30mg half an hour before sleeping, the times for pylera are 9 am together with omeprazole, then at 4 pm, then at 9 pm together with omeprazole and finally the last dose at 11.30 pm. At midnight I take the quarter of tavor and serpax. I can't do otherwise, since I also sleep little, since I've been taking pylera. I would like to know if the therapy will be effective. Thank you very much

You can take it right after a meal.

The treatment regimen is to take 3 capsules after breakfast, 3 after lunch and 3 after dinner, and the last 3 capsules per day should be taken before bedtime, preferably with a snack.
