Preparations with saffron may affect blood pressure and enhance the effects of antihypertensive drugs (blood pressure-lowering). Tezeo contains telmistartan, a substance that lowers blood pressure, as an active ingredient. Therefore, the combined use of saffron and Tezeo may not be advisable.
