Should I give an additional vitamin D3 supplement to a 6-year-old child if he or she is using Juvit Multi?

Hello, after an illness, the doctor recommended that the 6-year-old take some kind of vitamin preparation. I bought Juvit-Multi drops in a pharmacy. So far, the child has taken Mollers+ fish oil an additional 400 IU. vitamin D3. Because there are vitamins D3 and vitamins in both preparations. And we've given up fish oil for now, but I don't know if there is enough vitamin D3 in the dose of Juvit-Multi recommended by the manufacturer (6-7 drops), or if I should give it additionally?

1 ml (27 drops) of Juvit Multi contains 1000 IU of vitamin D3. Therefore, a dose of 7 drops contains approx. 250 IU of the vitamin. For children aged 6 years, it is recommended to supplement with 600–1000 IU of vitamin D3 per day, so an additional vitamin D3 preparation can be used, e.g.:
