Good morning, I had been prescribed medication by the doctor: pylera and omeprazole for the pylori helicobacterium. Pylera's drug has just run out, I was taking it together with omeprazole and I wanted to ask if these two drugs should be discontinued at the same time? I mean, there are a few more omeprazole capsules and I don't know whether to stop taking it together with the pylera drug or eat it to the end. Best regards

Continue taking omeprazole until the pack is finished.
If symptoms such as heartburn, reflux, chest pain appear after stopping omeprazole, then it is worth consulting your doctor again. Perhaps the specialist will recommend prolonging the treatment with omeprazole.
