The Summary of Product Characteristics of Xarelto does not indicate a risk of memory loss with this medicine. A sudden deterioration of health manifested by memory loss, confusion, impaired coordination is an indication for urgent medical consultation - these are symptoms that may occur, for example, during a stroke.
