What to do about swelling after Orungal?

I took Orungal for toenail fungus. After 5 days, both my feet swelled so that I have the impression that the skin will tear and at the same time there was a sharp drop in blood pressure of 90/59, although I have been treated for hypertension for years. Of course, I stopped taking Orungal, but after 14 days the swelling of my feet still persists and the blood pressure is low, although not as low as at the beginning. All the basic tests are good and my legs have never swelled before. The doctor doesn't really know what to do about it.

Angioedema is one of the very rare side effects of Orungal. If you notice any side effects of treatment, please report it to your doctor. If symptoms persist, the inclusion of antihistamines or steroids may be indicated.

Antihistamines are available in pharmacies without a prescription.
