I have a question, I did pregnancy tests, they came out negative, and I was on pills, but I haven't had my period for 2 months, are the tests unreliable?

The absence of "withdrawal" bleeding that lasts more than 2 months requires consultation with a gynecologist.
If pregnancy is suspected, the most reliable test will be beta hCG, which can be performed from blood in an analytical laboratory.
As for pregnancy tests, you should not doubt their reliability.
