Doreta is a powerful painkiller containing paracetamol and tramadol and is used to treat severe to moderate pain.

Any medication purchased from a pharmacy without a prescription will not have a stronger effect. If Doreta does not have a sufficient analgesic effect, I would advise you to see a doctor and mention that the drug does not work. Your doctor will then be able to prescribe you for another remedy if necessary.

Among the over-the-counter medications, a safe combination that will not cause any dangerous interactions with Doreta is Pyralgine, which contains metamizole. It has analgesic, antipyretic and mild relaxant properties.
