Hypertension is not mentioned among the contraindications to the use of Exacyl.
This medicine is obtained with a prescription and it is the doctor who decides whether or not to introduce it into the therapy. If your doctor has deemed it reasonable for you to use it on an ad hoc basis in case of excessive menstrual bleeding, while knowing your medical history and being aware of hypertension, you should follow his recommendations.
