If you have unprotected sex after taking the pill, this product will not prevent you from becoming pregnant.
If you had unprotected sex on October 19, getting pregnant is very real. Unprotected sex on any day of your menstrual cycle can lead to pregnancy.
The pill will work fine, but it was taken between two intercourse. The pregnancy may have developed after the second intercourse.
There is also a chance that you became pregnant before 16 October. If you are pregnant, taking the pill will not interrupt your pregnancy.
In addition, it is important to remember that emergency contraception is not always effective. Out of every 100 women who use this drug, approximately 2 of them will become pregnant.
If the tests are positive and the level of Beta hCG confirms it, you should go to a gynecologist who will perform the appropriate tests to confirm the pregnancy.
Beta hCG levels increase as pregnancy progresses. On this basis, the doctor will be able to assess the approximate date of conception.
