Improvement can be seen one week after starting Solinco treatment, and the full effect of the drug can be seen for up to 12 weeks. In studies, it was observed that after 12 weeks of treatment, urinary incontinence had completely resolved in approximately 50% of patients, and urinary frequency decreased to less than 8 voidings per day in 35% of those treated.
