What should I do if I get side effects with Xeplion?
Hello for a year brother has been taking xeplion has most of these side effects . He suffers from insomnia, he walks or rocks all the time, he also complains of dizziness, should I change his medication or is this the case with his illness? . I'm terribly scared for him and I wish he was better. Especially since he wants to be treated.

According to the summary of product characteristics, the following adverse drug reactions have been most commonly reported in clinical trials: insomnia, headache, anxiety, upper respiratory tract infection, injection site reactions, parkinsonism, weight gain, akathisia, agitation, sedation/somnolence, nausea, constipation, dizziness,
musculoskeletal pain, tachycardia, tremor, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, fatigue and dystonia. Akathisia and sedation/somnolence were dose dependent.
