As a pharmacist, I can only provide general information. Naproxen is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that has analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antipyretic effects. It is also used in the treatment of chronic prostatitis, as a drug to support the action of antibiotics, which are the first-line treatment.
