Should I start taking Atywia Daily with a placebo?

Hello, I will be taking contraception for the 1st time. I was prescribed Atywia daily. The gynaecologist recommended that I start the blister with a placebo tablet on the 1st day of my period. After finishing the placebo pills, should I start taking the pills from the "start"? When can I be sure that the pills are effective and have started working?

I recommend that you contact your doctor and make sure there is no misunderstanding. Atywia Daily tablets should be started with active tablets on the first day of the cycle (the first day of menstruation). In this case, contraceptive protection is provided from the very beginning.
