Zotral is an antidepressant that contains the active ingredient sertraline. It can cause a variety of side effects, including fatigue, drowsiness, dizziness, and other symptoms that can give the impression of an unusual state of mind. However, the feeling of being "stoned" is not a typical side effect of sertraline.
If you are experiencing unusual or worrying symptoms after taking Zotral, it is important to consult the doctor who prescribed this medication. Your doctor may adjust your dosage or recommend other approaches depending on your current needs and response to treatment. If you are unable to seek medical advice, I am attaching a link to an online teleconsultation, e.g. via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

Please remember that side effects of medications should be reported to your doctor or individually. By reporting side effects, you help other patients, including your relatives, who may also need the same medication in the future. This step also allows us to gather more information on the safety of medicinal products and to keep their data up to date. I encourage you to report an adverse reaction if you haven't already done so: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
