Is it normal to not have a menstrual period while using Mirena?

As of August 2023, I have had the Mirena IUD inserted. Since then I've had two bleeds, the next period should have occurred 2 weeks ago. I had the typical symptoms of PMS (bloated belly, enlarged breasts) but there was still no bleeding. I did two tests 5 days apart from each other - negative. Is it normal for me to have premenstrual symptoms and my period does not occur?

Changes in your bleeding profile, including the cessation of menstrual bleeding, can be expected when using Mirena.

Amenorrhea under the influence of the Mirena IUD is a symptom of the hormone's effect on the endometrium, which is too thin for monthly changes
and peeling manifested by bleeding. This is not harmful to your health and is not a cause for concern.

To @Magda:

Yes, swollen breasts don't have to be a symptom of pregnancy. This is, m.in, a common side effect of hormonal contraception.

So I can rule out pregnancies even if my breasts are still swollen? I do tests all the time and all the negative...
