Should I use Macmiror Complex if I have mixed bacterial flora in cytology and should I add a probiotic to it?

Over three weeks ago I had a Pap smear test. The result was ok, in addition to the "mixed bacterial flora", the doctor recommended after these 3 weeks (over the phone) the drug Macmiror complex 500 12 globules vaginally. I didn't have and I don't have any symptoms. Should I do any tests (e.g. a swab) before using the medication to confirm the presence of inflammation? Should I also use probiotics while taking Macmicore?

Since Macmiror is a prescription globule, it is up to your doctor to decide whether you should use them. If you would like to consult another gynecologist, here is the possibility:

There is no need to use a probiotic with Macmiror globules, unless you observe a gastrointestinal disorder - diarrhea.
